Information we collect
Information you give us.- Callback requests. When you submit the callback form on our Schedule a Consultation page, we collect what you enter, such as your name, company, phone number, email address, current website, industry, service area, goals, current challenges and preferred callback time.
- Scheduled consultations. If you book a call through our online calendar, the scheduling provider collects your name, email address and the time you choose, and shares them with us.
- Calls, emails and texts. When you contact us by phone, email or text, we keep the details you share so we can respond and follow up.
- Clients. If you become a client, we collect the business, contact and billing information needed to set up and manage your account, along with the content, photos, logos and access details you provide for your website.
How we use your information
- To respond to your questions, return callback requests and hold the consultations you schedule.
- To prepare recommendations and proposals for your business.
- To provide, support and bill for the managed website and SEO services our clients receive.

How we share information

The Client Login link opens our separate client account portal, where clients manage invoices, account details and support requests. How long we keep information
We keep consultation and callback requests indefinitely so we have a record of past conversations, unless you ask us to delete them. We keep client account, billing and support records for as long as the client relationship lasts and as long afterward as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted administrative access and regular software updates. This policy covers the Dominant Domains website and our own business.
