About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Dominant Domains ("Dominant Domains," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the site, you agree to them.If you become a client, your services are governed by your signed proposal and service agreement. This page summarizes how our service works so there are no surprises, but if anything here conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Our managed website service
Dominant Domains provides websites as an ongoing managed service, not as a one-time sale of website files. Depending on your plan, the service includes website design, hosting, security, backups, maintenance, content changes, SEO and support, delivered together as one service.The specific scope of work, deliverables and timeline for each client are set out in that client's proposal.
Pricing, billing and cancellation
- Setup fee. Every engagement begins with a one-time setup fee, quoted in your proposal. The setup fee is non-refundable.
- Monthly plan. After setup, service continues on a customized monthly price that is also set in your proposal.
- Month-to-month. There is no long-term contract. Either party may cancel with two weeks' written notice. Monthly fees are not prorated, so a month that has started is billed in full.
- Billing. Invoices are issued through our client portal and are due by the date shown on the invoice. We may pause service on accounts that are past due after giving notice.
Website ownership
We want this to be clear before you sign anything:- What stays yours. Your original photography, logo and other branding you supplied remain yours at all times. A domain name you register yourself also stays yours, and we recommend registering your domain in your own name.
- What stays with Dominant Domains. The website, design, code, written material and other assets created through the service remain the property of Dominant Domains, including after cancellation. A domain name that Dominant Domains provides as part of the service also stays with Dominant Domains.
Your content and responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and confirm that you have the right to use any text, photos, logos or other materials you supply. You give us permission to use, edit and publish those materials on your website as part of the service.We may decline to publish content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or could harm visitors or our systems.
SEO and results
Search engines decide rankings on their own, and those rules change often. We work to improve your visibility, qualified inquiries and lead quality, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or sales.Support and market protection
Support is provided directly by our team by phone, email and text, and requests are prioritized by urgency and business impact. Critical issues, such as a site that is down or forms that stop working, move to the front of the line.Before taking on a new client, we check for conflicts with active clients in the same service area, as described on our How It Works page and in your proposal.
Using this website
You may use this website to learn about our services, read our resources and contact us. You agree not to misuse it, including by trying to break into it, disrupt it, scrape it in bulk, submit false or spam form entries, or use it for anything unlawful.The text, graphics, logos and design of this website belong to Dominant Domains and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Our resources are general information, not professional advice for your specific situation.
Third-party services and links
This website links to services run by other companies, such as our online scheduling calendar and our client account portal. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or availability. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Niagara County, New York.Changes and contact
